Tony R. (Rocco) Locasio passed away 4/1/17. He was born in Kansas City on 9/6/19. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy (Lee) L. Locasio. He is survived by his daughter Carol J. Beggs and her husband Robert; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A private service will be held for the immediate family on 4/6/17.
