It's with a sad heart, we announce the death of Rolando Rodriguez, 21, on June 24, 2025, in Kansas City, Missouri. Born on August 12, 2003, in Kansas City, Missouri, he was known for his sharp intellect and consistently achieved the best grades throughout his academic journey.
He had a charisma that attracted people, and his passion for music and rhythms fueled the lifelong dream of becoming a producer. He will be remembered for his soft, kind and noble heart, always ready to listen and offer a comforting word. He leaves behind his mother Isabel, his sisters Leslie and Genesy, and his brother Carlos. He joins the beloved Baby Kate.
His vibrant spirit and contagious enthusiasm will be deeply missed by all those who had the privilege of meeting him.
A Mass of Christian burial for Rolando will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Our Lady of Peace Parish, 1029 Bennington Ave, Kansas City, MO 64126. A visitation will occur Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at McGilley & Sheil Funeral Home, 11924 East 47th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64133. With a funeral service starting at 6:00 PM.
