I have had the privilege of many great lake days with Ronnie and family.  When he was young he would slalom ski like a pro!  I can still see him doing trick flips and wave jumping like it was yesterday.  Fast forward 20+ years and he was the driver for my kids tubing and knee boarding.  He would always try to ensure everyone had fun... his kindness, big heart and fun loving ways are his legacy. Even if it was just star gazing at the boat ramp, he would hook a trailer to his ATV with an air mattress on it to ensure it was comfortable for everyone.  
It is hard to imagine life without him - but easy to say that we are blessed for having known him.

To Stephanie and family,  I remember all the cousins piling in what ever car was available (before car seats and seatbelts were mandatory) and going to garage sales with our Aunts.  I also remember being tightly packed into Aunt Leola's red dodge charger attempting to go to the drive inn while our Aunt was attempting to be patient (mostly with a high degree of success). We did not have a lot of money back then, but we had family (a lot of Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and very briefly our Grandparents). 
We are all here for you.  Richard, James and I are so sorry for your loss.

To the Goens family.  So sorry to hear of Ronie's passing.  I went to high school with him and he was always a great guy and a wonderful classmate.  He will be missed by all.  A huge loss.

I am very saddened to hear of the death of a very memorable former student.  I was Ronnie's art teacher at Park Hill South Junior High when he was 14 years old and enrolled in my sculpture class.  I recall a great kid - fun, clever, and a little ornery at times.  He and Eddie Attebery (both big, solid kids for their age) sat together, both with positive attitudes and good senses of humor. I looked forward to working with them on their projects as they made the class fun.  Ronnie created one of the most unique and comical sculptures that I ever had a student make.  He sculpted a man's face being hit by his own fist.  It was funny and well done.  He and his project definitely left an impression - one that has lasted more than 30 years.  
My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, children, and family.  Surely his children have inherited his great attitude towards life, his creativity, his comical sense of humor, and his fun, always up-beat friendly spirit.  
He lives on in treasured memories.

Words cannot begin to express the pain and sorrow we feel at the loss of our dear friend Ronnie.  Ronnie was an amazing friend and presence in our lives. Although I hadn't seen Ronnie since high school, I will always remember him fondly. He was one of the first people to befriend me when I began my sophomore year. His sweet personality and bright smile are what I remember the most. May he rest in peace with our Lord.

We feel a real loss in his passing and want to extend our sympathy to your family. We will always remember Ron as an openhearted and accommodating person who would give the shirt off is back to help others. It was a privilege to have known him. We are heartbroken that he is gone. We'll never forget him. I will always remember when asking how are you doing, his response was “just another day in paradise”. I have grown accustom to also use that phrase.  Certain people touch your life and he was certainly one of them. His passage comes as a tragic loss to all that knew him. His reflection on life could only be due to the strong influence from his family. If there is anything we can do to be of practical help, please let me know.

Ronnie was a friend to all.  He will be missed by many.  Life is measured by the freinds we make and Ronnie had a very rich life, for he had so many wonderful friends and 3 fantastic children.  My heart goes out to his family.  As a community we all share this sorrow! I hope you can celebrate his life and keep the wonderful memories he gave so many!
