
Rose Marie Hoeflicker Robinson left her physical body on May 10, 2021 to begin her next journey as spirit. Born in Dover, Missouri to Edward and Antonia Hoeflicker she was the second of six children; Pauline, Walter, Paul, Harold, and James, all having predeceased her. A 1944 graduate of Dover High School, Rose Marie received a scholarship to Kansas City Business School and worked for Hallmark Cards until 1950.
On June 1, 1947, Rose Marie Hoeflicker married the love of her life, Eugene G. Robinson. Rose Marie and Gene had two sons, Mark (Paige) and Kent (Doug), granddaughter Jennifer, and great-granddaughter Zoe, and eight nieces and nephews.
Rose Marie was active in the Altar and Rosary Societies of St. Augustine and Christ the King Catholic parishes. She started working for Paris Playing Card Co. in 1964 and later for Holy Land Christian Mission International. In their later years, Rosemarie and Gene moved to Brookdale Senior Living, Leawood, KS. and later, Brookdale Assisted Living, Overland Park. Rose Marie is once again with the love of her life who predeceased her in 2018, along with her parents, brothers, and sister.
The family thanks the staff at Brookdale Assisted Living for the care, love and support Rose Marie received the last several years.
