Rose Marie Shelby age 59 of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at her home in Kansas City, Missouri. She was the last living child of Lloyd and Beverly Baslee. Rose is survived by her husband Robbie Shelby and children Jennifer and Christofer Shelby. She enjoyed creating blankets for family and friends as presents and rooting for the Kansas City Royals. There will not be a funeral service or memorial, but a celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
