

Rosemary was born September 20, 1934 to Ernie and Gertrude Bertrand in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a majorette and graduated from Bishop Lillis High School in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended Benedictine College. She met Robert Vogl at a church dance at Redemptorist Church, shortly thereafter, they were married. She was a secretary, and worked for Valentine Radford, an advertising agency; Guys Foods, in Liberty, Missouri; Missouri State Conservation Department in Liberty, Missouri; and part time for Cerner Corporation in Kansas City, Missouri. She later cared for her two oldest grandchildren. She enjoyed playing bunko with her friends. She enjoyed visiting with her friends and family. In her free time she enjoyed shopping, watching old movies, reading, puzzles, painting, sewing, and crafts. She LOVED cats, particularly her kitty Tigger.
Rosemary is survived by; three children, Brian Vogl, Diane Marsh and husband, Scott, and Megan Williams and husband, Spurgeon; six grandchildren, Robert Marsh, Christopher Marsh, Gabriel Williams, Joseph Marsh, Thomas Marsh, and Madelyn Williams; and her brother, Vincent Bertrand. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Gertrude Bertrand; and her husband, Robert Vogl.
