Ruby Janice Waldrop, age 77, of Raytown, Missouri, peacefully passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2024, in Kansas City, MO. Janice was born November 28, 1946, in Sturkie, AR to Bill and Cora Douglass. She married Howard Waldrop, II in 1972.
Janice was passionate about art all through her life while running an efficient home. She loved entertaining family gatherings, which she did for years. She was very active in VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars). Janice was a life member and past officer of VFW Post 4242 Auxiliary. She coordinated their cancer program.
Janice was preceded in death by her sister Ruth Douglass. She is survived by her husband Howard Waldrop II, her brothers Robert and Dean Douglass.
