Mr. Koporc moved to Michigan in 1945 and owned and operated the Spanish Terrace Resort at Christiana Lake until 1953. From 1953-1959 he was a sales manager of the Kenatrack Corporation, Elkhart. In 1959 he and Leonard Johnson founded the L. E. Johnson Products Company where he worked until retirement in 1978.
He was a life member of the Elks Lodge and a member of the Moose Lodge, the National Home Builders Association and National Sash & Door Jobbers Association. Mr. Koporc also sang with a barbershop quartet.
