Ruth Ann Bascone was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended Northeast High School. She met her husband, Russell, and they were married in 1969. Ruth Ann worked at Boulevard Bakery, where she was known for her warmth and kindness. Following her retirement in 2008, she and Russell moved to the Lake of the Ozarks. She enjoyed boating on the lake, walking with friends, weekly bingo nights, cruise vacations, and spending summers with her beloved grandchildren.
Ruth Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Shelby Sr. and Sally Moss, and her sister, Nancy Abel. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Russell; her daughters, Robin Salinas and Rhonda Vosevich (Greg); her cherished grandchildren, Jalen Vosevich (Payton), Talia Vosevich, Francisco and Sophia Salinas; and her siblings, Shelby Moss Jr. (Linda), Larry Moss (Jo An), and Patricia Snyder (Ron).
Ruth Ann’s laughter, love, and warmth will never be forgotten.
