Ruth Ehman, 93, Independence, Missouri, passed away peacefully at home on December 10, 2015. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 15, at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road. Burial in Lawson, Missouri.
Mrs. Ehman was born February 22, 1922 in Batesville, Arkansas, daughter of Henry and Alice (Marshall) Knatcal. She was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by her daughters Dr. Sue Higgins and Gloria J. West, three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
