Ruth Ann Watson McCulloh

Ruth Ann McCulloh, age 83, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away Friday, October 26, 2012 with her husband and children by her side. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on December 24, 1928 to David and Gladys Watson. Ruth Ann was the third of six children.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, David Watson and Richard Watson. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Jerry R. McCulloh; three brothers, James Watson and his wife, Mary; Perry Watson and his wife, Mary; and Rev. Walter Watson; and her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Watson. Ruth Ann is also survived by six children, Margaret (Peggy) Rueckert and husband, Stewart; Susan Martin and husband, Jim; Jerry M. McCulloh and wife, Deloris; James R. McCulloh and wife, Betty; Joyce Tweedy and husband, Troy; Kathleen Lewis and husband, Eddie; 10 grandchildren, Tim Rueckert and wife, Je-anne; Christy Patton and husband, David; Matt Ruecket and wife, Jeni; Drs. Russell McCulloh and wife, Liz; Brandon McCulloh and wife Danell; Rachel McCulloh, Amy Tweedy, Stephanie Lewis, Ryan Lewis, and Megan Lewis; 6 great grandsons and 9 great granddaughters and 1 great, great granddaughter.

Ruth Ann McCulloh and husband Jerry are one of the founding families of St. Andrew Catholic Church.

Visitation will be 6-8pm, Monday, October 29, 2012 at McGilley Antioch Chapel, where the Rosary will be said at 7pm. Funeral services will be 11am, Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 6415 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities.
