Salim Saad

Salim H. Saad, 69, of Kansas City, MO passed away June 2, 2011. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 8th from 4:30-6:30 PM at McGilley Antioch Chapel. Rosary will be at 6:00 PM. Funeral services will be at 6:30 following visitation. Contributions may be made to Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center, Duke University.

Salim was born December 18, 1941 in Lebanon. Salim Saad met his future wife, Huda, while in Lebanon in 1968. Migrated to the U.S. in 1972 and married Huda January 31, 1972. He began his American dream in the mid 1980’s by running a printing business, thanks to some help from cousins, Bud and Mary. He is a loving father to two boys, Henry and Peter and older brother to Elie. He is a fourth degree in the Knights of Columbus, was president of Northland Optimist and a member of UNICO; where he had made great friends along the way. Salim was a selfless man with a big heart filled with generosity and love for everyone. He will be greatly missed.

Salim was preceded in death by his Sister: Lucy; Mother: Julia; Father; Henry. Survivors include his wife; Huda; Brother: Elie; Sons: Henry and Peter.
