Samuel Gordon, 80, passed away August 25, 2016. Visitation will be from 9-10 AM Tuesday, Aug. 30 at Sheffield Family Life Center with funeral services beginning at 10 AM. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Samuel was born in Houston, TX, grew up in San Francisco, CA and lived in this area since 1955. He worked as a maintenance engineer at Hallmark Cards for 32 years, retiring in 1994. Samuel Gordon, loving husband and father, was a member of Sheffield Family Life Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters and 1 brother. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Mertha Gordon; son, Vincent Gordon; 3 daughters, Rebecca Bradley, Antoinette Gordon and Samantha Hughes; 6 grandchildren and a host of family members and friends.
