Shannon Regina Murray, 45, of Kansas City, Mo., passed away on May 24, 2016. The service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, June 10, at Redemptorist Catholic Church. As a loving mother of two she is survived by daughter, Emily and son, Dylan. Shannon herself is the daughter of Joan and the late Bob Murray and also leaves behind eight brothers and sisters, Paul, Tim, Terry, Peter, Kathy, Steve, John, and Reghan. Not only is she missed by her blood relatives, but she will be forever missed by the chosen family of friends and loved ones whose lives she filled with strength and beauty as she gracefully dealt with Multiple Sclerosis. Shannon lived every day with a smile on her face and a song in her heart, never meeting a stranger and always spreading love and laughter to all who came to know her.
