Sharon was born on September 23, 1935 in Kansas City, Missouri to Vincent and Tascile (Fuson) Mercier.
She enjoyed a long career with the Automobile Dealers Association of Greater Kansas City as a Plan Administrator.
Sharon was well loved by her family and peers, always ready with a smile and a laugh. She will be missed.
Preceded in death by her parents and her six siblings, Madelaine Fairchild, Pete Mercier, Marcia Wiley, Paul Mercier, Andrea Orrick and Vincent Mercier.
She is survived by her sister-in-law Peggy Mercier and many nieces and nephews and their families.
A visitation for Sharon will be held Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 11822 Holmes Road, Kansas City, MO 64131. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 10:30 AM at the church. Committal service will be at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, 7601 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, MO 64138 after the Mass.
