I first met Sharon Lee Benner (Sherrie) Ramsey when she lived in New York city at the advanced age of 18.  I was a young Air Force Pilot at the time.
She then worked for Purdue Aviation and later Braniff Airlines as a flight attendant.  I've enclosed a picture of us taken when we were visiting my folks in New Jersey.  Had not seen Sherrie in over 50 years, but she's still in my heart as the most beautiful and kindest soul that I ever had the privilege to know.
My deepest sympathy and respect go out to her loving family and friends.

I worked with Sharon at St Joseph Medical Center on many committees and Sharon was the kindness person with the sweetest soul.  She had a nack to make everyone she came into contact with feel important and always was able to find and pull out their skills and abilities even when they didn't think they had any.  She made everyone feel welcomed and needed.  She will truly be missed.

Even though I graduated from High School with Sharon I never really got the chance to know her well. But in more recent years, at class reunions, we both became more aware of a connection we shared through our Mothers.  Her Mother, Betty Davis, and my Mother, Ardis Davis, graduated together and were close friends and remained so for many years after.  Both wound up in Home hospital to deliver Sharon and I at the same time.  But I was impatient I was born on June 9th and Betty was sent home due to false labor... Sharon held out until June 25.
From the more recent meetings I became aware that I had missed out of getting to know a great lady.

Sharon was a beautiful person in spirit and in all her life.  I called her "Bright Eyes" as she was always happy and smiling.  I know God has her now and she is His forever Angel.  She was loved by everyone who was lucky enough to know her.  We were all blessed to have her in our lives and now

Condolences to Sharon's family from an old high school friend.  I will remember Sharon as always having a lovely smile with her shining brown eyes and a ready ear for listening to her friends. What a wonderful lady.  She sowed nothing but love and joy in the world.  I, for one, will always rejoice in that.  I shed tears when I heard the news.  When I arrived for the visitation, I was certain that I'd be a stranger.  Sharon's spirit dispelled that.  Her love and joy lives on in every life she touched.  Joe, Patrick, Patty, I feel your loss deeply.  She left behind a legacy of love, happiness and wisdom that trascends all the riches in the world. Warren Buffet and Bill Gates combined can't light a match to what she's left all of us. God bless each of you.

Dear Pat,Joe, Patty and Dennis -
I worked with your mom for many years and she taught me how to have fun at work! She had the best dog stories. Her and Don were the first couple I knew that sold everything to live and travel in a RV. Although, I had not seen Sharon since your dad past away, every time I saw an RV I wondered where could Sharon be today. She was so kind. When my mom past away few months before my wedding, I told Sharon that my mom and I had plans to make my veil and never had a chance. Sharon step right in and made my beautiful wedding veil with me. She was amazing. I will never forget her fun spirit and her kind & compassionate heart! Now when I see an RV I'll know where Sharon is. Rest in Peace.  I will always remember you!

Pat, Joe, Patty and Dennis - Dear sweet Sharon was such a wonderful co-worker and friend.  We shared our family trials and tribulations and had a wonderful work environment because Sharon was such a joy to work with...she had Sparkle.  I am so fortunate to call her friend and to know you through her, she was awesome and lived life as it should be - totally enjoyed.  She left us too young.  Joyce Glasser

Dear Joe and Pat, 
I will miss your mom.  She was such a giving person.  She helped me get my job in Human Resources at Saint Joseph Medical Center.  She was so fun to work with.  Always creative and thinking outside the box.  It broke my heart to hear she passed away.  I still think of her as she was picking up Joe for a dance.  She will be sadly missed.

Sherri was one of my favorite relatives. Always smiling, bright, beautiful and kind.  Never heard her say a bad word about anyone.  We were blessed to know her.

Sharon was a dear friend of ours, always loved her happy attitude and her pretty smile. She was very creative and was willing to share it with friends.  We will miss her very much.

We are so sad to hear of Sharons  passing, Rosaire and her we so wonderful to us  the second they met us.  We had such great times together. She will  be greatly missed by many, may God be with all of you.  Tom and Kathy Weber, Seneca S. Dak

Sharon was such a dear friend and has left a large hole in our hearts.  She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was so full of life, and yes always had a big smile on her beautiful face.  Our hearts are broken and our thoughts are with Rosaire and all of the rest of her wonderful family. I am so blessed to have met her and have her as a friend. She was a kindred spirit and an amazing woman with so many talents. She was a beautiful and classy lady with a smile like sunshine and a heart of gold. She loved adventure and always up for a motorcycle ride. I could go on and on about what a remarkable woman she was.  We will truly miss her. I am so sad. Our thoughts and prayers are with Rosaire and her family.

Very sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Sherrie.  I have the fondest memories of her growing up in KC.  Thoughts and prayers for the Ramsey family during this  difficult time.

I did not find out about Sharon until last night 7/18/2013.  I sent at least 3 cards to her this past week not knowing she was gone.  You know we all loved her and never did I ever hear a bad word about her in all her life.  I called her Bright Eyes as she was a beautiful, happy, and always smiling person.  I know God needed a new perfect angel and Sharon is with Him now.  Please accept my sympathy for you and all her relatives.
