Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Robert Lowe, her son Kurt, and her brother Paul Jr. She is survived by children Arlene Williams (Gerald), Jenee Lowe (David Faltermeier), John Lowe (Jody); grandchildren Sean Williams, Gabriel Williams, Zachary Lowe, Nathan Diller; siblings Richard Ramsey and Beverlee Peterson.
