Suzanne Steinger

Suzanne Steinger, 62, Kansas City, MO (Brookside) passed away in her home on October 24, 2015. Sue was the daughter of the late Maurice A. and Genevieve Seligsohn. Born in St. Louis, MO, Sue was a graduate of Horton Watkins, Ladue High School. She earned a degree in Fine Arts from the Kansas City Art Institute and a MBA from Baker University.

Sue is survived by her sister, Tina McKinney (husband Thomas A. McKinney) of Myrtle Beach, SC; her niece, Lauren McKinney of Alexandria, VA; and her loving partner, Douglas Jackson of Gladstone, MO.

The family wishes to thank those at Burd and Fletcher that worked alongside of Sue for 38 years.

And also to thank Ann Warner, MD, along with the staff of St. Luke's Hospital, for caring for Sue as she battled scleroderma for the past 40 years.

A visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Thursday, Oct 29th at the McGilley Antioch Chapel; cremation to follow.
