Tammy Lorraine Daskaleas, 57, passed away peacefully on May 1st, 2019 with her daughters by her side. She will be deeply missed by many - especially the family that surrounded and comforted her on her final days. Her funeral service will be held this Friday, May 3rd, at Newcomer’s Floral Hills Funeral Home at 6 pm.
Tammy was born on August 6th, 1961 in Columbus, Georgia to Connie Roemig and Bernice Cannon. She raised 3 daughters, but was like a mother to many more. She married her husband, James Daskaleas, on January 1st, 2008 and they most enjoyed celebrating life with a house full of family, friends and food. Her greatest passions were books and making the people around her smile with her incredible sense of humor and love for practical jokes.
Survived by her mother, Connie, her husband, James, her siblings Michelle, April, Susie, Michael, Bernie and Chris, her daughters Savanna, Randee and Demia, and her grandchildren Evalynn, Dixon and Sterling. She is now spending eternity with her Dad, Poppop, Aunt Sonja, Sophie and Peter.
