She graduated from Lee's Summit High School and received her Bachelor's Degree in Literature from the University of Missouri.
In her early years, Teri enjoyed horseback riding and worked on a ranch. She was always social in group settings.
Teri was a member of Colonial Presbyterian Church where she did bible study.
Teri was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Esther Collins, and brother, Perry Homer.
She is survived by her father, Dr. Ronald D. Vincent, and his wife, Terry; brothers, Michael S. Vincent, Dr. Scott E. Vincent and his wife, Denyce, Dr. Ryan Vincent and his wife, Christie, Dr. Christopher Vincent and his wife Jenni; and sister, Mara Riegel and her husband, Mark.
