He graduated from Center High School and received his diploma in 1967.
He went straight into the U.S. Navy nuclear submarine duty CMT for 10 years. He retired from Honeywell after 30 years as an ET. He was actively involved with his family, Boy Scouts, model trains, photography, gardening, and enjoyed eating ice cream and macaroni with ketchup.
Terrance was preceded in death by his father, Harlow Baker Eppert Jr., mother, Barbara Joyce Eppert Davenport, and aunt, Glenda Dimaggio.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Eppert; children: Terrance Jr. (Loree), Tracye (Jay), Ann Marie (Angelito), Todd (Sarah), Amy (Jeff), Megan (Aaron); grandchildren: Dylan (Ashley), Lorann (Clint), Garett (Ruth), Ashlyn (Mason), Isabella (Daniel), Illayna, Todd Jr. (Orie), Abigail, Jonathan, Adaline, David, Otto, Patrick, Amelia, Zachary, Sophia, Lukey, Liam; great grandchildren: Bentley, Harper, Lyla, Reu, Foster, Ellie, and one on the way. He is also survived by his brother, Paul Eppert (Bonnie). He was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather.
Every time we walked into the house, music was playing. He was always there to help us kids with any handyman needs. He was “Mr.Gadget”. He was a man of few words but BIG on action. He loved his submarine life and time on duty.
The family would like to thank KU Hospital and KC Hospice House for the care and compassion they showed Terrance during his final days.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. Sabina Catholic Church in Belton, MO, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:00 am. Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow on Friday, August 14th, 2026, at 1 pm, in Higginsville, MO, at the Veterans Cemetery.
