Tom Carter was born July 20, 1950, in Springfield, Missouri. He worked for Unilever NA. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Jane C. Carter, and their sons Andrew T. Carter and his wife Victoria, and Samuel T. Carter; grandchildren, Mackenzie Carter and Ethan Flyingman; brother Jon Carter and sister Becky Ruff. Tom entered into rest on December 5, 2016.
