Tommy was born January 24, 1951 in Dyess, Arkansas. He was the son of Curley Thomas and Mildred Lee (Pinkston) Holmes.
Tommy loved everyone. He did not know a stranger. He had an amazing memory for people and if he met you once he would never forget you. He collected all types of cars, legos and stuffed animals. Tommy enjoyed coloring and putting puzzles together. He was an avid bowler for 22 years, and he loved the music of Elvis Presley.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jerry Brownlee. Tommy is survived by three sisters and numerous extended family.
