I am very sorry to hear about Tom’s passing. He was a peer, a mentor and coach, and most importantly a great friend. We worked together for several years while both at Arrow Electronics, and I fondly remember him as a skillful leader who always prioritized his life with a family-first passion. I will always carry in my heart the positive impact of my friendship with Tom.

I worked for many years with Tom at Arrow. We sat through many meetings together and always had lots of fun. Tom is just the best person ever. Kind,thoughtful,witty and willing to help you with anything. We have talked over the years since we both left Arrow and I will miss catching up with him. You loss is great. Tom was a great mentor to me for many years.  So much so I followed him to Florida.  I will miss our daily calls very much.  He was always there to keep my chin up.

So very sad to hear about Tom!  He was a great friend and a wonderful mentor to myself and many others in the industry.  He will be sorely missed!  You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Tom and I met 7 years ago when we shared an office at BJG.  He quickly became a really good friend.  He had a great sense of humor that could turn a stressful day into a good day.  His connector knowledge helped me greatly.  I often went to lunch with Tom, even though he liked to eat at 11 am!   I lost my husband in August 2019, and the week before I was with Tom at the Lockheed negotiations.  He helped me through a very difficult time, and continued to check in to make sure I was okay up until the end.  He last texted me after Christmas, and it was full of pictures of his cherished grandchildren!  He loved you all so much.  

The memories, laughter and love you all shared will help you in the coming days and months.  You will have your moments, I know, but the cherished memories and the outpouring of love will help.

Words cannot express how much of an impact Tom had on my life and the lives of so many others.  I am thankful that I was a part of his life and will always cherish all of my memories of Tom, of which I have so many good ones, including the memories I have while sharing them with his wonderful family.  God Bless all of his family and friends during this time of sorrow and grief.    

Tom has been a best friend for 40 years. He taught me so much over the years, we worked together for 25 years and our friendship was well beyond business. He was in my wedding, we were golfing partner's, but the memory that I will never forget is that Tom is one of a kind !! He is a family man, deeply committed to God and always a stand up person !! I am missing my friend dearly but know he is at peace and will be watching over me !!
