Tom was preceded in death only four months earlier by his wife, Theresa S. Zuccarello.
He leaves behind his sister, Antoinette "Toni" Harris and a son, Jackson Westcott.
He left this world, leaving behind a legacy of integrity, kindness and a rich life in accomplishments and relationships. Tom was also an accomplished guitarist with many achievements. He served proudly in the U.S. Marine Corps.
He will be greatly missed.
A celebration of life will be planned for later.
