

Born on July 8, 1984, in Kansas City, Missouri, Travis lived a life marked by kindness, laughter, creativity, and an unwavering willingness to help others. He was the proud owner of his own small business and approached life with determination, authenticity, and a genuine care for those around him.
Music was Travis's greatest passion. Whether performing with his band or sharing his love of music with others, he found joy in creating connections through song. His talent, enthusiasm, and presence left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Those who knew Travis will remember his quick wit, infectious sense of humor, and generous spirit. He had a unique ability to make people feel welcome and valued, and he never hesitated to lend a helping hand to someone in need. Travis was also a devoted animal lover who volunteered with rescue organizations from time to time, reflecting the compassion he showed to both people and animals alike.
Above all, Travis loved his daughters, Caroline and Maggie. He also maintained a close and caring relationship with Maggie's mother, Jenny Smith, united by their shared love and support for their daughter.
Travis was preceded in death by his father, Gene Selle.
He is survived by his daughters, Caroline and Maggie; his mother, Jann Coulson; his stepfather, Joe Coulson; his brothers, Joel Nalley and Mark Nalley; his sister, Jeni Lane; his aunts, Rebecca Freeman and Kathleen Murphy. and many extended family members, friends, fellow musicians, and loved ones whose lives were enriched by knowing him.
Though his time with us was far too short, Travis's legacy lives on through the music he created, the kindness he shared, and the countless lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
