Vera Margaret Manley, 90, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011, at the North Kansas City Hospital. Private services. Mrs. Manley was born October 3, 1920 in Marshall, Missouri, daughter of Anderson and Louise (Garrett) Venable. he had worked as a clerk for the Internal Revenue Service. She was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by her sons Paul Manley and Ralph Manley, daughter Ann Reuscher, extended family and friends.
