She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Pauline and Jack Campbell, husband James Garrett and son Allen Garrett.
Victoria is survived by her brother and sisters Lois Agrusa, Craig Campbell, and Terry Campbell. She is also survived by her children Robert Garrett, Monti Garrett, Ric Garrett, Denise Garrett Canada and 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
She was a high school graduate of North East High School and attended college to become a CPA. She was very talented in crocheting and making her own clothes. Victoria was a mother to all who came to her door.
A visitation for Victoria will be held Friday, July 26, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home and Cemetery, 7000 BLUE RIDGE BLVD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64133.
