Vincent Lee Kearney, 55, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Sunday, October 20, 2013, at a Kansas City Chief’s game with his lifelong best friend, Shawn O’Halloran, at his side. Private family services.
Vince was born April 12, 1958, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Lee and Maria (Simon) Kearney, their only child. He attended Christ the King Elementary School, Rockhurst High School and graduated from UMKC with a Master’s Degree in Accounting and attained professional certification as a C.P.A. Vince enjoyed hanging out with his friends, Maryjane’s home cooked meals, travelling, music and recording his own custom CD’s AKA”VKMixMaster”. He lived his life to the fullest on his own terms, he will be missed.
Vince was preceded in death by his parents, aunt Rose and uncle Vince. Vince, you will always be remembered and missed by your adopted family, Shawn and Maryjane O’Halloran.
