

Vonciel was born August 2nd, 1931, and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a 1948 graduate of Northeast High School. She worked with the Federal Government; Department of Agriculture and the Social Security Administration until she retired in 1996. Ginger truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, chatting with friends and family, offering a helpful hand wherever she could, and spending time with her family. Ginger is preceded in death by her parents. Theodore and Ruth Nolan, and her daughter Shirley Messer. She survived by her son Keith Messer of Nashville, TN; her daughter Mary Messer - O’Brien of Phoenix, AZ; and grandchildren Michael and Madilyn Messer; Bailey and Jacob O’Brien. There are so many friends, family and others, whose lives she has touched. A private interment service will be held in Kansas City at Mt Moriah Cemetery on Friday, June 24th, 2022. At 10AM.
