William Arthur Hooper, 82, of Clinton, MO, passed away May 17, 2015. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st at Newcomer’s Floral Hills Funeral Home from 1-2 pm with funeral services starting at 2 pm. Burial will follow in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
