William is survived by his mother Irene Wilhelmina (Swanson) Manly and his father Ralza Masten Manly.
A private interment ceremony for William will be held Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Newcomer's Floral Hills Cemetery. A graveside memorial service will occur Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 3:00 PM, 7000 Blue Ridge Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64133. An officiant will occur at Pastor Troy Burns, 10827 Grandview Road, Kansas City, MO 64137. A music/hymns will occur, Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing, Amazing Grace.
