William D. Thomas November 26, 1944 - April 13, 2018
Billy T, a.k.a Pops, made his courageous final departure peacefully at the V.A. Hospital. He was born in Sheldon, MO to Charles Homer Thomas and Edna Gertrude Karhoff.
He left his seabag behind to join his parents, seven brothers, one sister, wife Linda F. Thomas, and granddaughter Ashley M. Herman.
He will proudly be remembered by his loving children: Theresa L. Herman, Angela M. Herman, Richard A. Herman, Ramona K. Thomas(James Kirk), and Julie D. Cherry(Jayson). His legacy will live through 14 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren with one more on the way. He adored his baby sister Barbara J. Hicks(Raymond) of Sheldon, MO. Bill has countless nieces and nephews all across the United States, as well as several dear Friends, Girlfriends & Beer buddies.
He was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy. Bill worked for Sutherlands Lumber and retired from Porter's Lumber.
He loved the KC Chiefs. He loved the KC Royals. He loved the Missouri Tigers. But most of all, the man loved his Coors Light.

We were blessed to have to had Dad in our lives. From his smile to his luv to argue about KU and MU. Please send the Daily Double remote with him because ONLY Dad could rule that thing . He has left his fingerprints on all our hearts and he will be truly missed.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all who luv and will miss him, but remember when your thoughts are sad, God just called His son home to be young again to live in paradise. Let that thought dry your tears and puts a smile on your face.
All who know Jesus will see his smiling face again. God Bless
