Willie Lee White was born May 29th 1958 to Maggie Jenkins(Randolph) and Willie White in Wilmont, Arkansas. Willie was the middle of 7 children. Always one for driving Willie learned how to drive at the tender age of 12 . Shortly after Willie moved to Kansas City Missouri with his siblings and new step-dad Curtis Randolph. There he attended Lincoln to further his education. Willie used to reminisce about how he had to walk to school in the snow which was a story he loved telling his children.
Willie always valued himself in his work starting to work a Children’s Mercy Hospital to working at Gray Brothers Burial Vaults for 20+ years. Willie than transition to Mt. Moriah for 15+ years. On Willie’s off time he enjoyed being around family. That may have been from BBQ’s, to cookouts, to just having a good time playing cards and domino’s. Willie was a faithful Chiefs fan. Through the good, bad and ugly, he remained loyal of his beloved team. Willie also enjoyed fishing and playing his numbers. When his children were younger he would always take them fishing with him.
Willie accepted Christ into his life and in his final moments was surrounded by children and grandchildren. Willie leaves behind two children Willie White, Jr. and Alexis White. Three adopted children James Moore, Tyra Randle and Trey Randle. Four grandchildren Avant, A’Niah, Karter and Daliah and 5 siblings George Randolph (Taloura), Betty Taylor (Larry), Ruby Randolph (Decovan), William Carter and Kenny Randolph (Stephanie) and a host of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Willie entered Heaven gates December 23, 2019 joining his mother Maggie Randolph, father Curtis Randolph and brother Earl Woods .
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and fellow associates.
