Ana Lidia Cruz

Ana Lidia Cruz, affectionately known to all as "Lily," passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 49. Born on February 17, 1977, Lily was a light in the lives of everyone who knew her—defined by her kindness, deep loyalty, and steadfast love for her family.

Above all else, Lily’s greatest joy and highest pride was her family. She was a fiercely dedicated and self-sacrificing moather who fought tirelessly until the very end to protect, guide, and nurture her children. Her strength as a mother knew no bounds, and her devotion lives on in the lives of her beloved children: Jezareli, Lexia, Keila, and Imer. In them, she leaves behind a powerful bond of love and unity—a family equipped with her strength to support, care for, and carry one another forward. She was a cherished partner and devoted wife to her husband, Jezreel Luna, with whom she built a home filled with love and resilience.

Lily also dedicated years of her life to working with children, shaping young hearts and minds with the same infinite patience, warmth, and tenderness she gave to her own family. Her gentle yet powerful kindness touched countless lives. She gave endlessly of herself, always putting others first and standing strong and brave through every challenge life brought her way. Her grace and fighting spirit leave an indelible mark on all who were blessed to know her.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Jezreel Luna; her four beloved children, Jezareli, Lexia, Keila, and Imer; her loving father, Jesus Cruz; and her dear sister, Loida Cruz; as well as a large, loving extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws, including the Espino, Zavala, Treviño, Saade, and Luna families who will cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Socorro Cruz, and her brother, Israel Cruz.

Lily’s presence, unwavering love, and selfless strength will be deeply missed, but her memory will live through us as she is a part of us, and we will carry her in our hearts.
