

Anne E Little, 79, a longtime resident of Mobile Alabama, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2025 in Katy Texas. She was born to Ervin Everitt and Lillie Mae Tippins Little on June 07, 1946. Anne earned a Bachelor’s of Arts from Columbus College and later a Master’s degree from University of South Alabama including education at the Auburn University. Anne’s education prepared her for a career centered around helping others in social services work including CETA, JTPA and later retiring from Mobile Association of the Blind.
Anne’s kindness and generosity was also recognized in her personal life by everyone including the Mobile Press Register with an article of Anne making 3ft tall Raggedy Anne Dolls and delivering the dolls to little girls in the Mobile area while the dolls were strapped to her motorcycle. Anne had a giving heart, shared with everyone. We are all blessed to have her in our lives.
Anne was best known for her love of Jeeps, steak, cats and most importantly chocolate. Anne would often say she didn’t have a sweet tooth; that all her teeth were sweet.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents Ervin and Lillie Little. She is survived by her brother Augustus“Brooks” Little and a large loving family from both the Tippins & Littles families.
A life beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.
