Beth found joy and meaning in the beauty of everyday life. She loved the beach, reading, going to museums, dancing, and art, and her appreciation for color and expression was reflected in her favorite color, purple. She also cherished her Cockapoo, Piper, who brought comfort and companionship to her days.
Beth is survived by her husband, Gerry Galang; her daughter, Christine Cole; her mother, Donna Vande Stouwe; her father, Stephen Vande Stouwe; and her sister, Laura Richard and her family.
