He was a freshmen at Seven Lakes High School and was looking forward to becoming an athletic trainer. In junior high he dedicated himself to managing the football and basketball teams. Braden was an avid football fan and loved cheering on the New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers. He also loved fishing and hunting.
Braden is survived by father Brior LeCompte and mother Chelsey LeCompte; sister Alyssa Bergeron, brother Carter LeCompte, sister Emily LeCompte and brother Henry LeCompte; grandfather Jerry Gravois, grandma Mary Gravois, grandfather Blaise LeCompte, grandmother Cherie LeCompte, uncle Mark Gravois, uncle Joshua Gravois (Jeanelyn Gravois), aunt Sarah Lirette (John Lirette), uncle Brenner LeCompte (Kristen LeCompte), uncle Tyler LeCompte (Courtney LeCompte), uncle Saul LeCompte, uncle Jess LeCompte (Lauren LeCompte), uncle Rusty LeCompte, uncle John LeCompte (Madeline LeCompte), uncle Matt LeCompte (Katrina LeCompte), uncle Brendan LeCompte, uncle Blaise Andre LeCompte and uncle Jude LeCompte.
He was a loving son, brother and friend and he will be missed by all those who knew him.
Visitation will be held at Katy Funeral Home on December 18, 2020 from 4:00p-8:00p. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00am on December 19, 2020 at St. Faustina Catholic Church.
