Castle (his Godparents nicknamed him “Tripper”) was loved dearly by his parents, Castle and Therese (Newland) Cohron and his brothers, John and Chris Cohron. He was born in Alamogordo, NM. Moved to Houma, LA then Katy, TX. Graduated from Katy High. Went into the Army Infantry as a Mountain Ranger in Watertown, NY in 1987. Faithfully served his country for 4 years then settled in Sealy, Tx. There he worked for Chem Tech (his second family) for 20 years where he made wonderful lifelong friends.
His happiest times were with his family and friends, working, hunting, fishing and his dog “Buddy” and on his property mowing and growing tomatoes.
Castle was a man who didn’t have a mean bone in his body, a warm friendly man who made his mark in the world, not with grand gestures but by the basic goodness and generosity of his character. He was a good man with a kind soul and a soft heart.
Per his instructions, his ashes will be scattered at the Del Rio deer lease by his brother and friends.
Remember the good times you shared, the laughter and the tears. And just remember, HE’S JUST A MEMORY AWAY!
