I felt blest to have met Charles at the Katy Senior Center at Brown Bag Bridge, and refresher Bridge that he taught. Remembering his smile as one checked in for bridge and his knowledge to help me with bridge questions at HEB. Penny, I know you were an absolute joy to him these past 3 years. Everyone will miss him at the center. Rest In Peace ..

I remember making a toast at Penny and Charles wedding as I was excited as he was taking over teaching my Mom how to use her phone, tablet and TV. Charles took incredible care of her.
