He was a devoted husband, a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather, and a man whose life was deeply rooted in his strong faith in God.
For 67 beautiful years, Clemente shared his life with his beloved wife, Sylvia Reyes Garcia. Their marriage was a testament to love, devotion, faith, and a lifetime of memories built together.
Clemente proudly served in the Texas National Guard, reflecting his deep sense of duty, strength, and commitment to serving others. His service was yet another example of the honorable and hardworking man he was throughout his life.
A hardworking and dedicated man, Clemente retired from Kroger Bakery after more than 30 years of service. He was a self-taught man of all trades and truly a master at all. There was very little he could not build, repair, create, or figure out. His knowledge, determination, and strong work ethic were admired by all who knew him.
Above all, Clemente was a family man. He loved deeply, stood strong for those he loved, and leaves behind a legacy of faith, strength, hard work, loyalty, love, and family. His wisdom, presence, and the many lessons he taught will live on through the generations who were blessed to call him husband, Dad, Grandpa, and Great-Grandpa.
Clemente was preceded in death by his parents, Feliz and Olivia; his mother-in-law, Eloisa; his son, Clemente Jr.; and his grandsons, Francisco IV and Nicholas “Nico.”
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sylvia Garcia; his children, Leticia (J.R.), Jerry (Nora), Carlos (Lisa), Sylvie (Javi), and Felix (Tina); and his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Clemente’s life was one of purpose, faith, sacrifice, and unwavering love for his family. Though his absence leaves an immeasurable void, the legacy he built will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
His work on earth is complete, his faith has carried him home, and his love will remain with us forever.
