Craig was born on October 15, 1952 in Chicago to Sandy and Bunny Schoen. He graduated from Mather High School in 1970. He went on to be an entrepreneur and an impeccable salesman. He made a wise decision to move to Houston, Texas where he met the love of his life. After starting his family, he established his own company, American Health Insurance. He was known for his worth ethic and competitive drive. He received numerous awards: Unicare 2005 Top Producer, 10-year Achievement Award (1989-1999), 2009 Select Celebration, Top Producer (2003), Sales Leader Award (2007), Select Celebration (2010).
Craig enjoyed spending time with his family and visiting friends. He loved good food, sports cars and Alabama Football. He traveled around the world but was a homebody at heart. His favorite vacation spot was spent with family in Destin, Florida. Craig was a generous friend and a great provider for his family. He knew how to have a good time and was known to break the rules. He fought for what he believed in and never backed down.
Craig Schoen was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Brent Schoen.
