Frank Henry Potts

Frank was born December 31, 1979, in Houston, Texas, to Johnnie and Janet (Fink) Potts. He grew up in the Katy area, graduating from Katy High school. Frank enjoyed a long career in land surveying. Starting out in the field, he worked his way into office and became “Chief of Parties” for commercial, construction, and residential surveying. On September 4, 2013, Frank was united in marriage to the love of his life, Rhonda Ross, on the beaches of Hawaii. In his spare time, Frank enjoyed traveling, loved to be poolside with a fine cigar, and was a sports aficionado, collecting memorabilia and memorizing the stats of games and players. Frank also treasured spending time with his family. He will be missed deeply by his family, dear friends, and many acquaintances.

He is survived by his wife: Rhonda Potts; daughter: Haley LaN’ey Soto; sons: Keelan, Dylan, and Liam; brothers: Michael Fink and Zack Potts; and other family and friends.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Janet and Johnnie Potts, and brother, Jonathan Fink.
