Franklin Reginald Walters passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at the age of 27. He was born on March 29, 1990 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a longtime resident of Houston and Katy Texas having moved here from Tulsa in June of 1997.
He is survived by his father and mother, Reginald Walters and Brenda Walters, two loving brothers, Michael Walters and Eli Walters a quasi-sister/cousin Daisha Norton and a score of loving uncles aunts and cousins.
Reggie graduated from Taylor High School in 2008 as a member of the football and track team. He enlisted in the United States Army in 2009 and was discharged with honors in 2011. He enjoyed sports and was an avid supporter of the Rockets, Astros and Texans; his heart however was with the Duke Blue Devils and the Oklahoma Sooners. He enjoyed visiting with friends and had a very kind heart and quick wit and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
