Jacob was a high school student who loved life and brought joy to everyone who knew him. He enjoyed being outdoors, playing his PS5, talking on the phone, and spending time with family and friends. Whether he was shooting hoops, playing football, or going on road trips, Jacob was always active, adventurous, and full of positive energy.
He was known for his thoughtful heart, his great sense of humor, and his unforgettable smile. Jacob never met a stranger — he had a natural way of connecting with people and making everyone feel welcome. He was always the first to lend a helping hand, offer a listening ear, or brighten someone’s day with his presence.
One of Jacob’s greatest joys was spending time with his dog, Blue, whom he loved deeply. He cared for Blue with such devotion, taking him on walks, playing in the yard, and helping with every little task when it comes to him. It’s no surprise that Jacob’s favorite color was blue — a reflection of his calm, caring, and loyal nature.
Fearless and full of adventure, Jacob lived every day with courage and enthusiasm. He was the best big brother anyone could ask for — protective, loving, and always ready to help. Above all, he cared deeply for others and found happiness in showing love and kindness to those around him.
Jacob touched countless lives — from family, friends, neighbors and everyone he met along the way. His bright spirit and genuine love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
He is survived by his parents, Laura and Jesse Gomez; his siblings, AJ and Josie; and his beloved dog, Blue.
