Jaime was born in Los Angeles, California and unfortunately left this beautiful world in the Woodlands Methodist Hospital here in Texas. Since Jaime was young, he was diagnosed with kidney problems, but that didn't stop Jaime from living a normal and happy life. Jaime was a loving husband, brother, friend, and son. He has touched so many people and friends around him, that his love became a gravitational force that brought more and more loving people in his life. Jaime always put his family and friends before anything. He deserves the upmost respect and love. Towards the end of his life, he had suffered numerous medical issues and was the cause of his untimely death. Jaime has a very extended family who will forever love him and cherish his memories that we all hold dear to our hearts. Jaime is survived by his wife, Morgan Martinez; daughter Sophia Merino; mother Isabel Merino; stepfather Nery Alexander Pinto; father Jose Llanas and step mother Kayla Lindberg; step sister Alyanna Casablanca; brother Leo Merino, sister-in-law Laura Castro; brother Leonardo Merino, and sister Cindy Merino; family pet Lucas Merino-Pinto. Jaime will be forever loved and missed by everyone he has touched in his life. We love you Jaime !
A visitation for Jaime will be held Sunday, July 25, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, TX 77449, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM. There will be a reception following the funeral service from 4:00PM-5:00PM.
