JoAnn was born February 28, 1948, in Albany, New York, and resided in Katy, Texas, for a number of years. She was a member of the National Guard and a practicing nurse for many years. JoAnn was also a devout member of St. Bartholomew The Apostle Church. She was an avid animal lover and cherished her two small dogs.
JoAnn is survived by her husband of 29 years Mike Toler. Step-daughter Cindy Fike (Donald), sisters, Susan McCabe Jones (Louie), and Diane Guillerman (Mark); Nieces, Jodi Vogel (Blake), and Johnna Guillerman; Nephews, Nicholas Anastasio, Matthew Guillerman, and Great-Niece Thalia George. Her Irish spirit and quick wit made her a joy to be around. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.
