On Thursday, September 6th, the skies opened up, God wrapped his arms around Linda and whispered in her ear, "my child come with me, your work here on earth is done".

On Thursday, October 1, 1953, a baby girl was born to Lorene & late Azriah Nickerson, who they named Linda Joyce Nickerson. Linda attended schools in Houston, and graduated from Ross Shaw Sterling High School in 1972.

Linda accepted Christ at an early age. Shortly after graduating, Linda was united in holy matrimony to George Davis. With that union, two children were born, Tanjanike and Shawnterra Davis. Linda enjoyed life, socializing, dancing, hospitality, playing softball, fishing, camping, and playing pool, and family BBQ’s.

To the family of Linda Joyce Chevalier...

Look to the hill from whence cometh your help. Do as Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us..."Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." The psalmist tells us that "Weeping endures for a night, but joy cometh in the morning." Always keep the memories of your love one in your heart. God is an on time God. He never comes too soon or too late.
