I read the news today, with a heavy heart.
Today has been hard as tears flow freely, here and now but mostly this evening, as I reread my letter Mark sent me on August, 22, 2012.
Mark and Dee, were separated at the time, but when I was significantly devastated by my divorce, both showed up at my door in Hurst, TX.
Mark was an exceptionally rare, rock star! A publisher in his own making, a good friend.
Mark’s love for Dee, and their daughters, and family was expressed throughout his life stories.
Here’s to you Joe, Mark, I hope to crash your party in heaven someday!!
You were loved, You will be miss.
