

Marty was born October 15,1948 in Litchfield Illinois to Sylvester (Fute) and Emma (Bert) Bishop. Marty was a long-time resident of Katy, Texas and worked nearly 20 years for Katy High school in the snack bar. Prior to that Marty worked at Renaissance Nursing Home where she met some great friends that she called family.
Marty was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Jane Bachstein. She leaves behind her loving husband of 51 years, Dave Williams of Katy, TX; sons, Bret Williams and wife Katrina of Katy, TX, Brian Williams of Houston TX; daughter, Emily Billingsley and husband Michael of North Richland Hills TX; Grand Children: Jacquelyn Williams, Brayden Williams, Bailey Williams, Kensley Williams of Katy Texas, Madison Williams*, Rylan Williams, Kalyn Williams of Houston TX; and our most recent family addition on April 30th, Great Grandson, Bryce Koscelnik* of Houston TX; and a host of other cousins, nephews, nieces, family and friends.
Marty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was loyal, loved unconditionally and had compassion for all. She was a phenomenal Mom to include not only her own children, but their friends as well. One thing for sure is Mom knew best, regardless whether you agreed or not.
Marty had many interests and hobbies. Most important was her family and making sure that everyone was taken care of. Quality time was also very important with the family which included all holidays, arts and crafts, games, puzzles, bingo, baking old family recipes, and an occasional casino trip.
